Jason Callori is a senior advisor, Marketing Operations, and host of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast. Jason has worked at Cardinal Health since 2014 and has used his passion to connect with pharmacists for the annual Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference. He started his career back in 1999 with Kinray Inc., a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the state of New York. He was hired to create the company’s first website which blossomed into a 22-year career in marketing to independent pharmacists. While working at Kinray, he learned about challenges the pharmacists, the patients, and how important independent pharmacies are to healthcare. Jason’s passion for the independent pharmacy filters into everything he does.

In this podcast, we speak with two independent pharmacists about how they're leveraging Cardinal Health's Inventory Manager (CIM) to control their pharmacy's inventory by reducing excess and increasing turns while reducing the amount of time staff spends on inventory tasks. About the Guests

Amelia Arnold – Pharmacist and Vice-President of Pharmacy Operations for Community Pharmacies, LLC

Amelia Arnold is a pharmacist and Vice-President of Pharmacy Operations for Community Pharmacies, LLC.  Community Pharmacies operates eight pharmacies in Maine.  A native of Mexico, Maine, Amelia is a 2009 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree, she completed a Community Pharmacy Practice Residency at Hartzell’s Pharmacy/Wilkes University, where she was responsible for running their Vaccine Clinic, precepting IPPE and APPE students, promoting health and wellness in the community, and obtaining a Teaching Certificate. 


After the completion of her residency, she returned to Maine to work for Community Pharmacies, where she currently is the Vice-President of Operations.  Outside of her responsibilities at Community Pharmacies, she has been extensively involved in advocacy for pharmacy-related issues in Maine.  This involvement includes leading the successful effort for provider status for pharmacists and expanding immunizations that Maine pharmacists may deliver.  She also works closely with the Maine Pharmacy Association and the Retail Association of Maine on business issues, including challenging legislation regarding drug importation from being allowed in the State of Maine. 


 She has served as a preceptor for Community Pharmacy Elective APPE rotations for the University of Connecticut, Husson University, and the University of New England.  She was the New Practitioner of the Year in 2012 for the Maine Pharmacy Association, the 2018 Cardinal Health GenerationRx award winner for Maine, the 2019 National Community Pharmacists Association Leadership Award winner for Maine and is the current Immediate Past President of the Maine Pharmacy Association.  For her leadership on obtaining provider status for pharmacists in Maine, she was also awarded the 2021 Bowl of Hygeia from the Maine Pharmacy Association and the 2021 Jim McGregor Government Service Award from the Retail Association of Maine.  She lives in Winthrop Maine, with her husband, Dustin, their children, Elijah, Patrick and Carolyn, and two dogs- Penny and Maggie


Brendan Webber – President of the Webber Family of Pharmacies

Brendan Webber is the President of the Webber Family of Pharmacies in Mexico, Missouri. He oversees the day-to-day operations and high-level business and financial planning for the group.


He graduated from the University of Missouri with bachelor’s degrees in finance and international studies in 2009 and an MBA in 2016. Brendan has been a member of various boards and foundations over the years including a 20-state pharmacy co-op, committees of the Missouri Pharmacy Association and Cardinal Health’s Managed Care Advisory Panel.
