OWINGS MILLS, Md. (Jan. 27, 2025) –The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) proudly announces the Board of Directors’ 2025 Executive Committee, election of two new members and long-standing leader and Immediate Past Chairman, Wayne R. Rosen’s retirement.
Members of the BOC Executive Committee for 2025 include:
• Chairman: Cameron Stewart, BOCO, BOCP, co-founder of Alcam Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics in Riverside, CA
• Vice-Chairman: Abel Guevara III, DHA, MHIM, eFACHDM, RHIA, mMBA, CPhT-Adv, CDME, vice president of DME for MedicusRx in Houston, TX
• Secretary: Angela Presley, Ph.D., BOCPD, COF, program manager of entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH
• Treasurer: Daniel Griffis III, PharmD, pharmacist in charge for Rainbow Drugstore in Brunswick, GA
• Member-at-Large: L. Bradley “Brad” Watson, BOCO, BOCP, LPO, past president and regional manager for Clarksville Limb and Brace Inc., a Bionic Company in Clarksville, TN
“I am deeply honored to serve as Chairman of the BOC Board of Directors,” says Cameron Stewart, BOCO, BOCP. “This organization plays a vital role in advancing the standards and recognition of excellence in orthotics, prosthetics and durable medical equipment. I look forward to continuing our mission and ensuring BOC credentials remain a symbol of quality, competence and commitment to patient care.”
Welcoming New Board Members:
Sangeeta Bhambhani
Sangeeta Bhambhani joins the BOC Board as a dedicated professional with more than 27 years of experience in Orthotic and Prosthetic (O&P) care. She is a regional manager and O&P practitioner for Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics in Mishawaka, IN and has previously held various positions with leading O&P practices in the U.S. and India. Bhambhani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from University of Mumbai, India and also holds a graduate degree in marketing management.
“I am passionate about advancing the O&P profession through innovation, mentorship and collaboration,” says Bhambhani. “Serving on the BOC Board allows me to address industry challenges, foster best practices and empower professionals and patients for a stronger, more dynamic future."
Diana Klunk, CMF
Diana Klunk was elected for a second time to the BOC Board. As a BOC-certified mastectomy fitter for Perfect Match Boutique in Camp Hill, PA, she meets with clients before, during and after breast cancer surgery to assess their needs and provide them with products and services. She previously founded LifeChanges Boutique, Inc., a store in Hanover, PA, for women living with cancer. Klunk attended York Technical Institute in York, PA, where she studied business management, and Harrisburg Area Community College in Gettysburg, PA, where she studied computer science and business. Klunk previously served on the BOC Board for eight years (2016-2024) and returns with enthusiasm for her new term.
“It is an honor to return to the BOC Board of Directors,” says Klunk. “We share the goal of protecting integrity and standards in our industry, and I welcome the opportunity to contribute.”
Recognizing Years of Service:
Immediate Past Chair Wayne R. Rosen, BOCP, BOCO, LPO, CDME, FAAOP, retired from the Board in 2024. BOC expresses gratitude to Rosen for his many years of service to the organization, which began in 2016. Rosen served in various positions on the Board, including Chairman (2018, 2019, 2022, 2023), Immediate Past Chair (2020, 2021, 2024) and Secretary (2017).
“Wayne has been an instrumental leader on our Board of Directors and an important advocate for BOC and the O&P profession,” says BOC’s President & CEO Judi Knott, MA, MBA, CAE. “Wayne’s professionalism and commitment to mentoring and developing others has been tremendous. We are thankful for his many contributions to BOC, and I am personally grateful for his support and guidance as I began my time here as President & CEO.”
