Meet the VIP Pharmacy Management Software - 7.0 Release

VIP Pharmacy Systems is pleased to announce the completed rollout of the 7.0 release of the VIP Pharmacy Management Software. Foundational to this release was VIP's conversion to the Medi-Span suite of clinical database products, developed by Wolters Kluwer. This conversion gives VIP users access to a more robust set of clinical features and updates designed to improve patient therapy management and decrease fill errors. This release also gives users a wider array of adherence tools, more specific DIR and GER Fee warnings, and stronger therapy management restrictions and audits. 

VIP is now interfaced with the RX2U Delivery App from the Pharmacy Data Network. This allows pharmacies to better manage their delivery tickets, optimize drivers routes, and collect electronic signatures at the time of delivery

VIP is partnering with Omnicell to give our users access to the Suremed Guided Packaging Software. Suremed Guided Packaging helps improve patient adherence and simplifies multiple medication dosing using Class B certified perforated blister cards and software that can be run from any Windows pharmacy workstation.
