Can Melatonin be useful as adjunct therapy for COVID-19?
The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio recently announced the results of a study showing that Melatonin may be useful in the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 disease. The study showed a 30% reduction in the likelihood of testing positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Melatonin supplements have been used for many years as a sleep aid, and has been known to stimulate immune function.
