Karen Lynch has officially stepped into the CEO role at CVS Health. The healthcare company announced alongside its third-quarter earnings in November that long-time CEO Larry Merlo would retire and Lynch would step into the role effective Feb. 1, 2021.

For the last five years, Karen has been named among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, and in 2020, she was recognized on Forbes’ list of The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women. "
