This system is the ideal choice for critical cleaning of isolators, laminar flow hoods, glove boxes, and other mini environments. The hardware (frame & handle) are autoclavable, constructed of lightweight electropolished 316 stainless steel, have an extendable handle in your choice of 24”, 30”, or 36” and a simple locking button extension for maximum flexibility and ease of use. All-sealed 316 SS construction provides protection against corrosion, moisture, and bacteria. The frame provides two-direction swivel actions facilitating straight line or overlapping cleaning motions.
The MicroMop mopheads feature durable and absorbent double-layer polyester knit fabric that provides high liquid holding capacity to maximize contact surface area, provide uniform distribution of cleaning fluid, and best contaminant “pick-up” in a single pass. The material is compatible with all disinfectants and sanitizing solutions, supporting a wide range of cleaning SOPs. The fabric of the MicroMop’s head features ultrasonic bonding and is cleanroom laundered to ensure ultra-low levels of particles or fibers are released.
