Over the past 10 weeks, RXinsider has had the pleasure of hosting Bishop Hendricken senior, Michael Carreiro, for his Senior Field Experience.

During his internship, Michael demonstrated strong initiative and genuine curiosity about the wide array of pharmacy career paths. He dedicated time to researching and brainstorming strategies to enhance awareness of pharmacy careers among high school students.

As a key project, Michael planned and executed an outreach event at Bishop Hendricken High School. He coordinated a visit from our friend Pilly and distributed informative flyers designed to spark interest in pharmacy careers among his peers. Following the event, Michael conducted an analysis of its impact and compiled his insights into a thoughtful and well-organized case study.
