Margie Lydon – Manager, LTC Pharmacy Development Specialist

Margie is a pharmacist with extensive experience opening and operating multiple LTC pharmacies over the past 17 years. As a result, she is keenly aware of the challenges involved with exploring new sources of revenue and the process of adding and managing an LTC business.

She has helped more than 100 independent pharmacies with their LTC evolution and is actively involved as a Board member or individual with local, state, and national pharmacy organizations and initiatives including ASCP, NCPA and the NCPA-LTC division, CPESN, PPCN, Flip the Pharmacy, PPA, OPA, PSSNY, MPhA, KPhA and WVPA.

Todd Laser– Senior Director of Sales

Todd brings strategic leadership and 23 years of experience in connecting independent pharmacies with the services and support they need to thrive. He works closely with members to align their goals with Value Drug’s LTC offerings, ensuring pharmacies have the right tools, programs, and partnerships to succeed in the LTC space.

Brian Mikulski – LTC Business Development Manager

Brian has extensive experience in the pharmacy world in both the wholesaler and GPO spaces; primarily with LTC Closed Door pharmacies. His experience in navigating the complexities of the LTC landscape on both the purchasing and reimbursement side, ensure LTC partners of Value Drug have a trusted advisor that offers a consultative approach, with a focus on growing the pharmacy business and enabling a path to exemplary patient care.
