December 2, 2025, Spring House, Pennsylvania – The Compliance Team (TCT), a CMS-approved, national healthcare accreditation organization, announced their organization is prepared to implement annual DMEPOS accreditation to providers. This is in response to the final rule announced by CMS on December 2, 2025 that accreditation surveys will change from a three-year accreditation cycle to a 12-month cycle.
Annual DMEPOS Accreditation isn’t new to The Compliance Team.
Sandra Canally, RN, Founder and CEO explains,” TCT is the only accreditation organization (AO) who specifically designed and implemented an annual, CMS-approved DMEPOS accreditation program that for over 14 years helped providers stay compliant. While other AOs lack the knowledge and experience and aren’t sure exactly how an annual program works, our team at TCT is prepared starting on day one to support our current providers and those transitioning to TCT with an annual DMEPOS Accreditation Program.”
TCT’s annual DMEPOS Accreditation Program includes all the benefits their providers currently receive, including TCT’s:
- Industry leading, easy-to-understand standards.
- Simplified accreditation process.
- In-house support team who are industry experts and experienced in annual DMEPOS accreditation.
Ms. Canally states they will provide further details of their annual DMEPOS Accreditation Program once CMS has announced the rollout specifics.
