Our Founder
Gregory Cianfarani, RPh, is the founder of both RXinsider and CORE Higher Education Group, MarCom and EdTech companies based in RI. Greg currently serves as the CEO of RXinsider and remains a minority shareholder in CORE Higher Education Group.
Greg has more than 30 years of management experience in healthcare and higher education in the areas of SaaS, MarcCom, publishing, project management, sales, training, business development, and pharmacy practice. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Greg specializes in guiding teams in the development and marketing of MarCom services and SaaS applications focused on niche needs within healthcare and higher education.
Greg’s passion is developing unique, practical, and successful technologies that support healthcare practitioners, students, and educators throughout their continuum of practice. He received his B.S. in 1992 from the University of Rhode Island, College of Pharmacy.

RXinsider has been an APPE preceptor site for more than 15 years and we currently take pharmacy students from EIGHT colleges of pharmacy for 6-week experiential education rotations.
