A 20-year industry veteran, Hofmann will lead recruiting and retention efforts to foster a positive work environment where employees are motivated and well-positioned for success.

Prior to joining GRx, Hofmann served as Director of Operations for Serene Home Nursing Agency in Patchogue, NY. There he helped evaluate businesses processes and its employee base to identify inefficiencies as well as current and future talent needs. Hofmann’s work helped provide the foundation for a 35% organizational growth over two years. Hofmann also held Senior HR positions at Stericycle Inc. and Allstate Insurance Company.

Hofmann holds many industry certifications including GPHR (Global Professional in HR), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SSGB/Lean – Six Sigma Green Belt, and Insights Discovery Certified Facilitator. He has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University, where he also obtained an Advanced Graduate Degree in Labor Relations and his Bachelor of Science degree in political science.
