Jason Callori is a senior advisor, Marketing Operations, and host of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast. Jason has worked at Cardinal Health since 2014 and has used his passion to connect with pharmacists for the annual Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference. He started his career back in 1999 with Kinray Inc., a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the state of New York. He was hired to create the company’s first website which blossomed into a 22-year career in marketing to independent pharmacists. While working at Kinray, he learned about challenges the pharmacists, the patients, and how important independent pharmacies are to healthcare. Jason’s passion for the independent pharmacy filters into everything he does.

Tony Ibrahim, RPh
Tony Ibrahim is a multi-pharmacy business owner with a strong background in retail pharmacy operations, clinical care, and team leadership. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully managed and grown multiple pharmacy locations, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and strategic development.
Prior to becoming an owner, Tony served as a Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, where he focused on patient counseling, workflow efficiency, and staff development. He holds an MBA in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, combining clinical expertise with business acumen.
Tony is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to build effective teams while delivering high-quality patient care
Lance A. Mindt
Lance A. Mindt has been with Cardinal Health for 16 years. He began his career in North Dakota as a Pharmacy Business Consultant, where he spent eight years supporting pharmacy owners and helping strengthen their businesses. In 2018, Lance relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, to take on the role of Sales Manager within the Mountain States region. He remained in that position until 2022, when he joined Medicine Shoppe International, Inc. (MSI) as a Franchise Business Consultant.
Throughout his career with Cardinal Health and MSI, Lance has been passionate about helping pharmacy owners build efficient, successful businesses. He finds great fulfillment in guiding pharmacies through positive change and supporting their ability to continue serving their communities and patients.
